the Price of Emergency Chiropractic Care

I had hurt my neck when falling down some stairs. I managed to catch myself so that I didn't break any bones but I did kind of "tweak" my neck and it hurt from right behind my ears down to somewhere below my shoulder. I called my regular chiropractor to see if he could get me in at the last minute and he said because it was an emergency, he would fit me in. He adjusted my neck and my spine and did a quick massage on the spot. It felt better - not totally better but like it was improving.

It was a chiropractor I already knew so that was comforting because I knew he was good and that I was safe in his hands. I wouldn't have just anyone twise my neck around! It was also great that he got me in so fast for an emergency - I was in a lot of serious pain.

If you have a regular chiropractor, he or she will probably be much more likely to get you in at the last minute than someone you don't know. If not, try calling around and don't be afraid to say how much pain you are in so that they're willing to get you in!
