Description of service

This includes full coverage with a $50 deductible, it included a road side assistance program, and a support number if we need it.

Review of Service

The agent that we go through actually has a local office that he shares with several other folks who work for the same insurance provider. This is somewhat beneficial, as if our agent is unavailable there are others who can and will assist if possible. Another luxury is that the office is open during working hours and the staff recognizes us and knows who we are when we walk in, this means we aren't just another face in the crowd. Even though we only pay our insurance once every six months (we pay at the office versus mailing in the voucher), we still get treated like we were just there yesterday. The insurance provider doesn't have the rate reductions that so many other insurance providers have, this in kind of annoying - but in our area their rates are lower than the other providers, so I guess it works out in the end.

Tips

Find out which deductible and plan best fits your anticipated need. Then shop around, find out which insurance provider you get along with the best. Once you have decided on that, sit down with an agent and do a full evaluation to help determine your needs.
