Description of service
Last year I ran a banner ad with a web service to be on the Internet above web pages allowing such ads. The total cost was $50.00 and it would be there for 4 months. I found it a good service and actually got quite a few hits from it. For the money, I feel it was a good service and if needed would do it again. Basically what it was was a banner, with my logo and what type of service I provided with my website and email. The person would click on it and they would be brought to my web page. From there they could contact me if they wanted the service.
Review of Service
It took longer than I actually expected to set up the ad online but once it was done, it was up and running well. Again, the cost was fair and payment was made from my online account. I think online ads are a good service and can bring in revenue if done correctly. It is another avenue for advertising as everyone surfs the Internet these days.
Tips
Make sure the online service you are using is reputable. Find out all the costs involved and know exactly what you get for the costs. Never assume they know what you want your ad to convey. Keep good records.
