The services that were included in the cost of $48.00 were bath, hair cut, nail cut, inside ear hair removal, and coat conditioning. The cost of the bath, hair cut, nail cut, and inside ear hair removal was $43.00. The cost of the coat conditioning was $5.00. Gratuity was not required nor expected. My dog is a peekapoo; therefore, her hair gets tangled very easily. They did not charge me extra money for combing it out.

The quality of service was excellent. I was 100% satisfied with the service. My dog received everything that was expected. Her coat was silky and smooth, her nails cut and filed, and her ears clean and free of hair. The cut that I wanted was for her was done perfectly. I arrived early to pick her up and noticed the rapport she had with her groomer. The groomer treated her like she was one of her own. My dog didn't even have to be in the leash to keep from moving. Whenever my dog sees her, she wags her tail and stops whining. I go there becuase the service is four stars and is comparable to other establishments.

The advice I have to offer is make sure you go to an establishment that has been in business a while. I went to one that was fairly new because it was cheaper and was disappointed in the services. Also, make sure you know what kind of cut you want for your dog before you go. If you don't know what to get, ask questions. If you are still unsure, ask to see photos. I wish I had done that before I went the first time. I was unsure of what I wanted. The groomer told me what I should get, and I thought it was what I wanted. It wasn't. My dog came out shaved and did not look right.
