I was hosting a bridal shower for a dear friend of mine. As this was a very dear friend of mine I wanted to make sure that the invitations were elegant and provided all the necessary information to the guest to be. However it was also very important to me that I did not spend an excessive amount of money on the invitations as I wanted to have a bridal shower that would be remembered for more than the invitation.
Review of Service
The service I received was very nice, I was provided with several books of invitation patterns and had a one on one consult with someone that worked within the store. She helped to eliminate several designs and books just based on the the theme and style of the shower. Resulting in less time I would spend in the store selecting invitations.
Tips
The best advice I can give is to go in with a plan, know how many invitations you will need, have a budget in mind, and a theme for the shower. When you begin be sure to tell the person helping you that you will not spend more than your budgeted amount so that you can reduce the chances of spending time looking at invitations that are out of your range. Have a theme, to also reduce the amount of invitations you will need to look at and have your total quantity in mind. Also, please remember to bring your wording with you, time, date and address of the event.
