Description of service

I have one digital box along with two dvr's. The price of cable is terrible. The dvr boxes alone cost seventeen dollars each. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love my dvr. It is very useful. Especially when you have more then one person in the house and about ten different programs on that each one likes. The channels though that come on digital cable really aren't worth having. There might be three out of all of them that we watch but you cant pick and choose your channels.

I do have some problems with one of my dvrs shutting it's self off every once in a while to reboot. Usually they don't do this but for whatever reason this one does.

Review of Service

My service is pretty good. We do have some color distortion and audio problems once in a while but besides that it's fine. It just the cost that is kind of irritating. Dvr boxes should not cost that much more than a regular digital box. We don't even have any premium channels like Showtime or anything. We just have straight digital cable along with three boxes.

It does make it hard when local offices are so far away as well. You always have to call and make an appointment if you want to swap out boxes or need a new remote. Local offices should be just that LOCAL. They shouldn't be two hours away.

Tips

I really like my service but I could stand a rate cut instead of a steady rate hike.
