the Price of a Dental Filling

I needed a filling in a back tooth replaced when the one that I previously had fell out while I was eating. When the filling fell out it left a sharp edge on the tooth which caught on the inside of my cheek every time I talked or tried to eat. Because of this I needed it repaired as soon as possible even though there was no pain in my mouth from the tooth itself.

I was very happy with the service that I had received. I had not been to a dentist for three years since I moved to a new state and did not have a new dentist. I asked my friends who they used and since two of them used the same one I decided to give him a call. He said he could fit me in the next day. When I arrived everyone at his office was friendly and polite. The wait was minimal and I was on my way out the door with a new filling in about 45 minutes.

When choosing a new dentist ask people what they think about the one they use and if they recommend him or her. Also if you do not have dental insurance ask the dentist for a cash price. My new dentist told me that this was a $75 dollar procedure but he would knock off $25 since I did not have insurance.
