Description of service
The service was ordering food via delivery to my apartment. The food consisted of a pita sandwich (chicken pita) and a salad (chicken Cesar salad). The total was $14. Of this, $2.50 was a "delivery charge" that did not substitute as a tip for the driver, but rather, was an additional fee for delivery.
Review of Service
This particular sandwich shop has their own online delivery system, so it makes it very easy to order online from my computer without even having to bother with the phone. This makes it very easy to look over the menu carefully and figure out exactly what I want without having to be rushed over the phone. Also just very easy and nice to be able to do in general. The delivery time was a tad longer than expected (about an hour) but the food came fresh and tasted great, so I didn't mind. All in all, I give them an 8.5 out of 10!
Tips
My only complaint would be the delivery charge that was in addition to the regular tip for the driver. My best tip when looking for food delivery for stuff above and beyond the regular pizza delivery services, look for places that do not add additional "delivery charges" beyond standard driver tips.
