Description of service
Last fall we had our collie lab mix spend 3 days at doggie daycare. This was during day hours only while I worked and my husband was away on business. I brought our dog to the daycare at 7am and socialized with him before leaving for work. He was able to play freely with others dogs in an outdoor play yard in nice weather and an indoor play yard in bad weather. He was fed a snack during the day keeping his home schedule in mind. In addition, he was taken outside for a walk in a doggie park and playplace and given some personal time with staff. During free play he was allowed to play with other dogs and run and romp. Also, during one of the days of play he had gotten muddy and was bathed before I picked him up.
Review of Service
The service was excellent!! My dog was well taken care of and he was happy while there.
They took the time to explain to me all that was offered during the day and what he would be doing. At no time did I feel nervous about leaving him there. In addition, had my hours changed they would accommodate me so he was taken care of. They gave him affection and attention.
Tips
Always always ask what services are provided, what you need to bring, and what is expected of you. Also, ask if you can take your pet during a time when he/she will not be staying so he can visit the staff and see how he/she reacts to staff.
