Description of service

The service is a professional membership group for college student government groups. It is basically membership to the organization devoted to Student Governments and providing them with networking, research, and training resources. The $997 figure represents annual dues in full. Each January, the $997 must be paid to renew membership in the organization. For the $997, in addition to membership within the organization, you also get full access to the group's data bases, subscription to their magazine, and discounted rates for their conferences.

Review of Service

Our group was very pleased with the organization, and quite frankly, impressed with how much they truly were able to help our group. They were able to fine-tune our group and really help us improve our strengths, as well as to both identify and improve our weaknesses. It certainly is costly, but must of us in our group agree that we are getting what we pay for.

Tips

My tip would be to research the group before you decide to pay the big bucks to join. It is only worth it if the group can truly provide you with the tools to succeed. Some do, and some do not. Don't rush into the decision just because somebody told you to.
