Description of service
I bought 2 dinners which came with rice and 2 egg rolls. The total cost for delivery, tax, the food and the amount I tipped was $25.00. The delivery charge and tip together were $4.
Review of Service
This was very good service and I felt a very good deal. We ordered on a rainy night and expected the delivery to take quite some time. It ended up taking less than 40 minutes from the time we ordered. Everything was hot and delicious. Because we are concerned with the environment we always ask them not to include plasticware and napkins when we are ordering from home. A lot of companies disregard this but they did remember so we definitely appreciated that. They included plenty of sauce packets. The delivery man was friendly although he didn't speak the best English. We paid via credit card and just had to sign a receipt when the man came. Unfortunately he did not bring a copy of the receipt for us. That was really the only downside to the transaction.
Tips
If you want a receipt, be sure to ask for it. If you're ordering from home you might consider asking them to skip the plastic fork and napkins as you'll likely just be throwing them out.
