the Price of Scooter Repair

Due to regular and rough use of my scooter, the brakes generally wear out very quickly. Just two months back i had got the vehicle serviced but the brakes again asked for some repair work. So i took the scooter to a local nearby garage. I had to pay $45 to get the required service. It included the cost of spare parts and labour.

I am of the view that the service that i received was too good. The mechanic was very friendly and had amazing knowledge about the machine. He performed the required job in less than twenty minutes. He was the one who advised me to go in for a new set of brake shoes as the old ones might have proved to be dangerous. I also got some useful tips on how to prolong the life and quality of the brakes.

Brakes do need regular maintainance. Even if you do not drive your scooter for a long time, you must get the brakes checked before using the vehicle. For such a trivial task, prefer a local garage as the same job would prove to be too costly if you opt for a company authorized service station.
