Description of service
This amphibious tour lasts approximately two hours and takes place on both the water and the road. You are shown all the tourist sites of interest in the City as well as historical information about how the same came to be. Your driver sings, tells stories, makes jokes, interacts with the kids on the tour, and wears a variety of outfits. The boat holds about 30 people and there are tours going out every 30 minutes throughout the day.
Review of Service
This boat tour was the highlight of our trip to Seattle. We got to see all the locations we wanted to visit and were given great advice of how to get there. Our driver was high energy and got the kids involved in what could have been a boring tour for them. He played all kinds of music and everyone sang along. People waved from the other boats. The driver was very helpful in pointing out photo ops and stopping the boat so that everyone had a chance to take a picture. The water was calm and even those with sensitive stomachs are unlikely to get seasick. The seats are somewhat smallish and every seat is taken. You'll get plenty of bang for your buck from this boat tour!
Tips
I highly recommend getting reservations in advance especially if you are a large party. Ten people or more and you'll get a 10% discount. It's chilly out on the water, bring a sweater or coat!
