He gave me the free estimate in the beginning and he kept the same price for the invoice in the end. He even gave me a discount on labor because I purchased so much equipment from him.

I suggest always going with someone local that works in your area. They usually do the extra touch like taking their shoes off in your home that a big business repairman may not do. It's the little touches like that that make service this great truly memorable.
