The other line is basic line with Measured Service (meaning you would pay for anything other than toll free numbers you call out to). $12.70/month

With all the taxes and fees the bill is $79/month.

Many features are available with this bundled pack plan for the Local, Regional and Long distance line however it does not include Call Forwarding which I use very often and have to pay an additional 4.50 month to have. I think having to pay additional for a feature that is available for most plans would not be at an additional cost for such a major carrier.

Paying 46.99 for the bundle plan is not so bad for me because I do talk to relatives out of state a great deal so, the cost makes up for it but, I am shopping around for other options because it seems there are quite a few more choices available now.

There customer service is hit or miss. If you call and aren't getting someone providing you with information just get out of the politely and call again to get someone better. You could ask if there is anyone else they could transfer you to assist you more efficiently or take a complaint, etc as well but, I would do the hit or miss call try first.

The local business office keeps odd hours so if you need to get in touch with them make sure you know when they are open prior to calling.
