This is the price I recently paid to have both of my legs waxed at my local beauty salon. This salon also offers other waxing services at additional costs. The price I paid was actually $45 and I included a five dollar tip. The waxing was done in a private room. The technician used a hot wax that was subsequently pulled off in strips. The procedure lasted about thirty minutes.
Review of Service
I have had many body parts waxed, and I truly believe the legs are the most painful! Although the calf area is not too bad, the thighs, and especially the inner thigh, hurt so bad when the strips are pulled off. However, the results are fantastic. Your legs feel so silky smooth and my hair did not grow back for about three and a half weeks. I think the price was reasonable for this service and the customer service at this salon is excellent. The technician made me feel comfortable and we laughed a lot (even through the inner thigh pain).
Tips
Call some of your local salons to try to find the best price for this procedure. It definitely hurts, but I think the results were worth it and I would definitely have my legs waxed again.
