I had 100 birthday card invitations printed. The cost was $150 and came with specially printed envelopes as well.
Review of Service
We had a local printing company print up some specialized invitations for my birthday celebration. I talked with the printer and we went over a few options. He was great about letting me know the cheapest way to get it done (for example, using fewer colors than I wanted) and also very creative. The invitations came out great and we even got matching envelopes, which we weren't even expecting! I would definitely use their service again.
The only complaint I have is that it did take 2 days longer than what we were quoted. It wasn't a huge deal as we did buy them well in advance of when we needed to send them, but it was a minor annoyance.
Tips
Make sure to order invitations early in case there are any issues that end up with your invitations being late. Once you figure out what you want on your invitations, don't be afraid to ask the printer or customer service rep if there is anyway you can get them cheaper. They just might have some advice and it never hurts to ask.
