I would basically order the movie I wanted online and I would receive in within 2 to 3 business days. They offer numerous payment choices that allow to to take a certain amount of movies for any time period of your choosing as long as you continue to pay the monthly fee that you subscribed for. When the movie arrives it would come in a special envelope that has fully paid postage that you can use return to the company at your own leisure. If you don't wish to use the envelope, they can return the movie to any of their designated return areas for immediate return credit and the additional ability to take a movie home without having to wait 2 to 3 business days for your next movie to arrive.
Review of Service
At first, the service seemed great at first. I would order my movie and then I would receive it later. However, things began to take a turn for the worse the longer I remained with them. After sending in movies to their specified return locations, I would be accused of not turning in the movies at all. This would result in my credit card being charged unbeknown to me. Sometimes I wouldn't even receive the movie I ordered at all unless and would be accused of not returning it which would result in another charge on my credit card. I didn't appreciate the way I was being pushed around and the amount of money i was losing even though I was planning to play a simple monthly fee.
Tips
At the first sign of trouble, do not hope for them to fix everything and treat you right again. Leave them immediately and find a new service. There are many of options out there when it comes to choosing movies online. Some places will even let you watch the movies online.
