Description of service

When my oldest son was about to graduate from high school we had to purchase graduation announcements from the school, but we missed the cut off date for them so we had to seek out a place to find and print our own. I was able to find a local printing shop near the downtown area of Charlotte that advertised on the internet. Their prices were very reasonable when compared with others in the area and they offered an introductory special of free embossed envelopes instead of the regular envelopes. The price included personalized graduation announcements, name signature business cards, stickers to help seal the envelopes and included a scanned picture of my son on the front.

Review of Service

The service was pretty good and I was very satisfied with their work, but I did not appreciate the time that it took to get these announcements. We had already missed the cut off date for the school and needed to have these announcements as soon as possible. I paid extra for a "rush" but it seemed that their rush still took nearly two weeks to get it done. I ordered 100 announcements and was told they would be done in less than a week, but were not.

Tips

Check several different businesses and just because someone offers you an introductory special, don't just pick them. The offer might look attractive, but you may be worse for wear in the end.
