Description of service
There weren't any dents, all I paid for was parts and labor. They did sanding and paint prep and it took less than 5 hours to get fixed. The price only included labor, paint and supplies. To get it done at the dealership would have been a lot more expensive becuase then it would have cost a lot more because the bumper would have needed to be replaced. I was able to wait for it, but a rental wasn't provided for the cost I paid.
Review of Service
The people were very friendly there and the job was done really well. The job they did took very little time and was excellent becuase you can't even tell that there was any work done on the car. I really liked that they paid attention to detail and told me exactly what they were doing and what I was paying for.
Tips
First call for quotes so you can get the best price. Also be sure to ask what exactly you are paying for and don't let them not give you that information. Know how long the work they do is supposed to last so that you don't have a product that is damaged later on. Also it's important to make sure that you know the company that is fixing your car and it is reputable. If you feel more comfortable then go to the dealership but it is going to be more expensive than a regular car shop.
