Description of service

This price is for a single session. I went to a trainer for the first time at this price just to check it out and see if it was something I wanted to continue with. I did, so the price went from 39 to 37.50 for one weekly session, for an hour each.

Review of Service

I love having a personal trainer. The place I go to is very laid back, yet they encourage you to first set, then reach your goals, encouraging you every step of the way. At first I was skeptical - I did not want someone else watching me as I struggled through an hour of exercise, but after the first session I was hooked. I actually ended up loving it. All of a sudden I was accountable, not only to the trainer, but to myself. I had already set my goals (and the trainer helped) and though I was the only one I had to be accountable to, my trainer knows my goals too, and I feel like I want to live up to my own self in front of someone else.

Tips

This can be a nerve wracknig experience at first, so make sure you are going to like your trainer before you commit to one. Do what I did and try a single lesson first. If you get along good and feel good with the relationship then keep going, because you can do it!
