the Price of Senior Portraits

The price I paid included the photo session, the development of all proofs, several special effects on a variety of the photos, 10 sheets of pictures, the yearbook photo submitted, and a leather like portfolio with 8 4x6 photos. We were given a disc with some of the photos on it to choose the yearbook photo because time was short and we were working under the school's imposed deadline. The photographer met us at a local park because we wanted outdoor pictures, but she offered to take more photos at the studio on our request. In the end we did not need that because the outdoor pictures turned out so well, but the additional studio time would have been included in the price as well.

Our photographer was wonderful to work with. At the end of the 3 hour photo session, we had almost too many great photos to choose from. She was able to coax the best from my son through out an extended photo shoot and she made it a very fun time for him. She listened to our desires for backgrounds and she also had several really great ideas that I would not have come up with. The photographer was very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling as well.

Ask for recommendations from previous seniors and their parents. Check references and previous pictures taken. In the end, it is best to work with someone that is comfortable for both the senior and the parents.
