As much as i hate to admit it,the house we had just moved into had a huge cockroach problem.
We wanted to make sure this problem was cleared up before we moved in. After calling around for the best deal we finally found someone willing to do the job for $150. This included the spray,some brown sticky stuff and some little bug houses.
Review of Service
The "bug" man was a little thrown off by how bad the infestation really was. He initially just sprayed, while this did some good they were still pretty heavy. He then came in with the bug houses, again we noticed fewer but they were still a few hanging on. What finally did it was he sprayed the perimeter of the house along with the yard and the garage. He also used the brown sticky glue that they would eat and take back to their friends. I must say we had him out to the house 3 times before they were all gone. Never did he charge us more than the 150.
Tips
I would always suggest you have a couple estimates done before choosing on the one you want. Get in writing their guarantee. Also don't wait to long if you need them to come back out. If you see ANY bugs after 24-48 hrs have them come back in. Also have them spray the outside area of your house this will keep them from coming back in. Also make sure you have a re spray at least once a year.
