No appointment needed. Called the dealer and told them I was ready. They sent someone to my home and picked up my scooter and took it to the shop for no extra money. The oil/lube/filter change included all supplies and labor and also included a 27 point inspection on the mechanics of the scooter and safety issues. Called me when it was done later that afternoon. Offered to bring it back to my house for a fee, but I drove up in my truck and picked it up myself after work.

Bought my scooter here new last year and have dealt with this dealer for my motorcycle too. They are great to deal with. This dealer is located in a small, country town, so you are dealing with really nice people who appreciate your business and are honest. Love the fact that they will pick up your scooter at no additional charge. They run the oil/lube/filter change sale pretty often too, so you almost never have to pay full price. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who owns any make/model of scooter, even though they do specialize in one brand.
Tips
The 27 point inspection is their way of trying to tack on some extra bucks during your visit. They are honest, but they will try to get you to fix things that do not immediately need repaired or replaced. I've never had them outright lie to me to make money though. Just be aware that they are in the business to make money and the sale price of the oil change is to get you in the door.
