Description of service

i took taekwondo classes per month,,, the cost was actually good because i could attend as many classes as i wanted per month,,, so if i wanted to go five days a week, i could, and there were classes available everyday that i could attend, you did have to pay an additional cost for your uniform but sometime that was included in your start up fee, so you only paid extra for a uniform if you wanted another one, you also had to pay a fee for testing for each color belt, which was usually around every three to four months, the biggest expense is paying for your black belt,, that was over 200 hundred dollars but it was an official black belt from korea, they taped you performing and it was actually sent over to korea to the master for approval,, and sometimes you did not make it so you had to repeat the test,,, but you did not have to repay the fee for the black belt,, additional costs were very minimal or they were your option, like t shirts, bags, etc. so once you paid your monthly fee, other than testing fee, there were no added expenses,,,, so you pretty much knew how much you were gonna spend in the year,,, then at the end of the year ,,, you had to renew your contract or you could have gone for a three year plan that was actually cheaper, thats what i did and it was worth it,,, but you do have to be dedicated because if you did not go back,, your money was not refunded,,, so you need to make sure you or your child really wants to do it,,, there were also for a small fee a trial time to try like a month you could do first,,, would definitely recommend this place if you are really dedicated to taekwondo.... thank you

Review of Service

the quality of the service was great,,,, the instructor was very knowledgeable in the field and the master you tested under is actually from korea and an expert in his field,,,i really felt it benefited myself and my two daughters,,, i took it just for exercise and self defense and same with my daughters,,, i really felt so much better and in better shape,, i had so much more energy,,, and the self defense part was great for females,,, my two daughters learned quite a bit and can defend themselves very well making me feel more confortable with them in a dangerous situation, the instructor is very personal and dedicated,,,, very family oriented,,, the students you were with were great,,, classes were fun,,,,, the classes are very strict in the taekwondo world but yet you had fun taking them also,,,i feel the service was a good value for the price,,, yes the black belt testing was kind of costly but it was an official black belt from korea,,, not these fake schools that you just pay for your belt,,,, we had a lot of history you have to learn and many rules to follow,,,so yes i think it was a good value for the price,,,, thank you

Tips

anyone looking for a taekwondo school needs to go and check them out first,,, talk to other students,,,, ask how the testing is for the different belts,,, find out what training the instructor has experienced,,, how does he do with children plus adults,,, who assists him in class,,,then ask about all expenses,,, what the monthly fee is,,, price for uniforms and what is required as uniform,,,price for testings,,,i guess i was fortunate to find a good school,,, the school was recommended by a friend,, my husband and i went and watched a couple of classes first ,,, then we took a couple of trial classes our self first,,, so go and watch classes and ask for a couple of private classes with the instructor,,, see if you are comfortable with the instructor and make sure you are truly dedicated before signing a contracted,,, the signing a contract bit was scarey at first but if you honestly luv it ,,, it was worth it,,
