The service I paid for was for a handyman for my home for four hours,for a total of $230.The fee that was charged included yard work,minor repairs to my interior walls and ceilings,small paint jobs,and small cleaning projects to my exterior of my home.

I feel the quality I received from my handyman was great.He knew and recommended products and services,that were helpful to me for my home.He was very knowledgeable about brands and quality of tools and projects I had projected.I am still committed to using his services and help for my home.The only thing that was bothersome was the hourly charge.It was a little high at first,but he has worked with me to get discounts for referring people to him.The value was okay for the services I received,but I did have a lot of work and the projects did come out,what I expected.

Make a list of everything that needs doing, because its usually cheaper to have it all done at once rather than as separate small projects.It's not always cheaper to hire a handyman instead of a licensed specialist to perform extensive plumbing or electrical projects, or other complex work.Bigger jobs usually require a contractor's license. Check with local and state officials.expect to pay $30-125 an hour and depending on your location could mean higher or lower prices
