We received excellent service from the attorney we chose. The firm was very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. It's not an easy task to prepare for your immortal future. Our attorney was very sensitive to our issues and was very helpful in preparing us to make the right decisions for our family.

We discussed who would be the executor of our estate, what their role is and how it effects other people we have made plans for. We also discussed the break down of what happens and the timing in which loved ones will receive payments and or assets. It was not an easy process but one that I'm extremely glad we did. My father passed not long ago and he had everything planned out all the way to every detail of the funeral. It was very helpful to not worry about what to do in our time of discomfort and mourning.

Research! Before you meet with an attorney check out the internet for information, read books. Also really understand and accept how it works. It's not easy to go back every 6 months and change so make your decisions wisely. You should also be prepared when you walk in the door. Know what you have and the value. Take all things into consideration, because you never know when this plan will be executed it's better to be prepared. Your family will be appreciative.
