Description of service

I had my eyebrows threaded. The cost was $100 and I tipped $25 which brought my total to $125. It took about half an hour.

Review of Service

I had never heard of eye brow threading but when a friend wanted to visit a SPA during our trip to Chicago, I decided to give it a try. I was definitely disappointed in the value I got.

The service was fine. We had an appointment and they saw us almost immediately. I was a little nervous that it was going to be painful and the person who performed the procedure was really nice and gentle. They were also sure to explain it as they went along.

The result was good as well. My eyebrows were shaped just like I wanted and they stayed fresh looking for longer than when I pluck, or so it seemed like.

However, I feel the price was way too high. I don't know what I was expecting but for $100 I felt that I should have really been given royal treatment. We weren't even offered any type of beverage while we were getting the work done.

Tips

Be sure to look around for prices. You want it to look good but if it is way too expensive it won't be worth the price you pay. Make sure that you find someone who will explain the procedure to you as well.
