Deluxe cleaning package includes shampoo, massage and blow dry, hand brushing and loose hair removal, nail trimming, ear cleaning/plucking, and bow or bandanna. As an add on service I also had the Furminator done for the removal of more hair.

I have taken my dog to get groomed three times. The first two times they were very caring and did an awesome job! But on the third time I was very clear to not cut her hair too short, to only trim the tail and not to touch the haunches. I was more interested in getting her clean and brushed than the cut. When I came back 3 hours later I didn’t even recognize my dog. She looked awful. The cut was uneven and they shaved the tail and the haunch area. I made a complaint to the manager who looked up where the groomer had written my instructions. He apologized but did not offer any money off or a coupon for money off on the next visit. Before this I would have highly recommended them. They are very nice and it is very easy to make an appointment with them. Unfortunately due to the last experience I will never go back.

Be very specific on what services you want. Double check that they write down your instructions. Do not let them talk you into add on services that you don't want or need.
