After concluding that the system was actually in error, they were able to restart the computer system manually. They also checked other parts of the computer to assure that I won't have similar problems in the near future.

I was very satisfied with the service. The environment was very clean and the workers worked very hard to correct the problem. The mechanics were extremely good at communicating the problem to me. They also told me how the issue was corrected. The shop had an area for customers to wait that did not have a greasy smell. I like the fact that they asked me to come in and allow 30 to 45 minutes to disagnose the problem brfor leaving. This made me comfortable in knowing that they were not going to play around when it came to fixing my car.

I was also pleased that it only yook them about 3 hours total to fix the vehicle.

The main tip is to shop around before deciding on a shop. I have always taken my vehicles to the dealerships from where they wer purchased, but I was able to save a lot of money by shopping around.
