Review of Service

The service was just okay. It certainly wasn't spectacular, but for the price, they did a pretty decent job. It only took about 45 minutes for the detailing, but there were still some crumbs and stuff left in cracks of the car near the shifter, and some spots of what appear to be soda underneath the emergency brake on my car. Other than that, the price was pretty reasonable for the job they did on my car. The seats were treated with a leather conditioner, and some air freshener was actually put into the floor mats, so my car stayed fresh-smelling for weeks after I had it detailed. They also retrieved some "forgotten" items underneath the driver's seat, like loose change and a few pens which I didn't even know were there! My only complaint is that my car did smell a little bit like cigarettes after they were finished detailing it--evidently one of the kids who did work on the inside was a smoker, and during the detail took a smoke break and came back into my jag smelling of cigarettes. I have a sensitive nose to cigarette smoke, and I was able to smell it immediately, though it went away pretty quickly.

Tips

Be sure to bring cash to tip the detailers, and bring it in singles. There is usually more than one person working on the inside of the vehicle, and it is nice to be able to tip everybody who does the work.
