My wife and I obtained a Criminal Defense Lawyer in our suit of the State of Oregon over false arrest, false imprisonment, and many emotional and financial loss possibilities including loss of all rights and freedom, the loss of family contact, the possibility of imprisonment, the possibility of having to register as anoffender and not being able to obtain a job at all.
Review of Service
The service that our attorney gave us was the highest quality of service that an attorney-client relationship could ever give. He was very professional through out the entire ordeal, he assured us that everything is getting taken care of and my arrest record and the warrant would be corrected and my name would be expunged from the case. I can definitely say his service was outstanding since all of the evidence was on our side and the state settled out of court.
Tips
The main tip that i can have is if you are in a situation where your identity is concerned make sure you have a solid alibi as far as where your location was at the time of the alleged crime. For me the crime happened when i was not even in the state and i was serving in the military. Go figure.
