Description of service

Our wedding was a really nice event with 120 guests, and the total cost came to about $11,000. The cost included $2000 for the location, $750 for tables/chairs, $1100 for the flowers, $525 for the cake, $3700 for catering, $600 for the photographer, $400 for the DJ at the reception, $750 for the dress, and miscellaneous charges for the limo, our hotel room, and other minor expenses.

Review of Service

It took us about nine months to plan all of the details and get everything confirmed for our wedding, but it was worth it all in the end because we had a wonderful day and all of the services were very good. We took our time making the decisions along the way and just about all of the results met our expectations, so we were satisfied with the work and the prices were fair for all of the different aspects of the event. We tried hard to stay within our budget and the people that we chose to handle the food, flowers and photography all worked with us to provide an affordable service that met our standards.

Tips

Most weddings need the same basic types of services, so making an overall budget at the beginning can really help you manage the costs and make the right choices for the major aspects like food and flowers. Also, remember that this is a one-time event (hopefully) so you should spend the time necessary to make it special for the people involved and be patient with all of the small details.
