Description of service
The appraisal that we needed was so that we could refinance our house. This was set up but our refinancing company. The company came out and took pictures of the outside of the house. He also measured it to see how big it was. Then he came into the house and counted all the rooms. He also measured the rooms to see how big they were. He then asked me what improvements I made to the house. Once he was finished the appraisal he sent me over all the paper woek telling me the value of the house.
Review of Service
The service was great. The company came out very quickly to do the appraisal and they were very quick with doing the actual appraisal. They were also very thorough. I had my results in no time. He also sent the results over to the refinancing company.
Tips
Check your local yellow pages to see the different appraisal companies in your area. If you are not sure who to use try and get a recommendation. if you are appraising it for a refinance ask your refinance company. If you are getting it appraised for insurance ask your insurance company. ALso compare prices before you book anyone.
