Description of service
The service I received was for a 4 session beginner class for $175.The class was for Thai cooking in which I admire and love.I was happy to find a class like this because it is hard to find a good chef to teach this kind of class.The length of the classes were normally between 2 hours and 3 hours long.Most in which talked and learned about the different foods and the history behind the Thai culture.other classes are for intermediate and advanced classes are also offered.
Review of Service
I feel I have learned much of the food culture,some language ,which is used during cooking,techniques,history,and special courses made for certain days and holidays.It was a thrill to take these classes and to learn so much.I loved the attention and the speed of the class.The only thing I would say was a bit too much was all the cooking techniques to learn and to familiarize with.being a beginner class there was a lot to know.i got a great deal for the classes,though,which I am glad I spent the money on
Tips
look to cooking schools who offer classes and community colleges too.Also check with your favorite restaurants to see if they recommendations for classes.Check online
